Day 2 - Insanity WorkOut




Hello Today I'm on My Day 2 of the Insanity Workout.
As From the Schedule today's training is:
 

I'm feeling absolutely shattered, but the feeling is amazing!
Just in time for some nice Dinner and then off to bed :)

Just Before I leave you guys, I have decided to Weight Myself Every Week and see how much I Progress.

Day 1: 76Kg

Post First Day

Hello,
So I decided to give it another Go at the Insanity workout as I Quite of my first attempt after 1week due to lack of motivation/time.
Now hopefully is for real so I will try to Keep Up to date by entering every day a bit about the Workout.

The First Day was the Fit Test, Might look like it is just a fit test but boy does it push you to the limit.





Here are my Results on my First Fit Test.

Switch Kicks: 82
Power Jacks: 42
Power Knees: 77
Power Jumps: 20
Globe Jumps: 8
Suicide Jumps: 10
Push-Ups Jacks: 17
Low plank Oblique: 36
