So I decided to give it another Go at the Insanity workout as I Quite of my first attempt after 1week due to lack of motivation/time.
Now hopefully is for real so I will try to Keep Up to date by entering every day a bit about the Workout.
The First Day was the Fit Test, Might look like it is just a fit test but boy does it push you to the limit.
Here are my Results on my First Fit Test.
Switch Kicks: 82
Power Jacks: 42
Power Knees: 77
Power Jumps: 20
Globe Jumps: 8
Suicide Jumps: 10
Push-Ups Jacks: 17
Low plank Oblique: 36
Later on Today I'll be doing my Day 2 Insanity Workout and I will Post More about it!
